Lockdown had an enormous impact on businesses and caused many issues, one of them was face-to-face interviews.
To battle a problem like this I had to adapt and create a new way to conduct them; hence remote interviews.
I had to wear multiple hats and was responsible for many things, from liaising with journalists, clients and the internal team and tasked with creating the final product and marketing the content.
